David John Oswald

David John Oswald, 78, husband of Betty Jewell Price Oswald, passed Thursday, January 26, 2017. He was born August 4, 1938 in Batesville, Indiana to the late Edward Bernard and Bertha Marie Post Oswald. David graduated from Xavier University and served in the Air Force in Okinawa, Japan. Family survived also include two daughters, Lisa (Wes) White and Becky (Doug) Clark, grandkids, Victoria White and Noah Clark, sister, Joan (Tom) Hellmich, sisters-in-laws, Barbara (John) Stacy and Phyllis Herring, brother-in-law, Johnny (Kim) Price as well as beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Oswald, sisters, Marilyn Oswald and Dawn Gregg. Memorial service at Church at Athens in Athens, KY on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM with visitation to follow.
