Jimmy Lee Wyman, 65, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, was escorted by angels into his heavenly home on August 10, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Oswald Lee Wyman and Dorothy Marie Peel Wyman. Jimmy fought a long, hard battle, and never gave up until the very end. He was preceded in death by his father, Oswald, and mother, Dorothy. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Walter; and his beloved children, James (Connie), and Tiffany (Dewayne); and stepchildren, Jessica and Nathaniel (Karen). He was the loving grandfather of Madeline, Shane, Ava, Will, Nash, Kai, Emma, Kay, Isaac, and Luke. He is also survived by his brother, Tommy (Tara), and sisters, Vernie (Earl), Brenda (Donald), and Denise, as well as a host of other family and friends. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 15, at Bethel Christian Church, with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. Burial will follow at the Wilmore Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Billy King, Clayton Johns, Nathaniel Walter, Jimmy Ritchie, Roy Parrott, and Morris Wayne. Grandchildren will be honorary bearers. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 3:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday, at the church. Betts & West is honored to serve Jimmy and his family in their time of need.
