Judy Ann Durham Halderman, 76, widow of John William Halderman, of N. Keeneway Drive, Nicholasville, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022, at her home. Judy was born in Fayette County, Kentucky, on February 11, 1946, to the late James and Opal Stinnett Durham. She was previously employed by Texas Instruments, where she worked in customer service. She was also a member of Mt. Beulah United Methodist Church. Judy is survived by one son, James (Cheryl) Halderman, one daughter, Tonya (Grady) Moore, two sisters, Martha Jean Lafoe and Joetta Parker, and a best friend that was like a sister, Freida Howard, four grandchildren, Joshua Abney, Jonathan (Paige) Abney, Michelle Halderman, and Sarah Halderman, and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. Services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Leonard Fitch officiating. Burial will follow in Wilmore Cemetery. Bearers will be Robert Halderman, Richard P. Halderman, William Hogue, Danny Hogue, Michael Littrell, Richard Halderman, James Humphrey, Barry Humphrey, and Bob Humphrey. Honorary Bearers will be her grandchildren, Joshua and Jonathan Abney, and Michelle and Sarah Halderman. Visitation will be 5:00 – 9:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
