Peggy Ann Woods

Peggy Ann Woods, 70, widow of Clifford Ray Woods, of Kingsway Drive, Nicholasville, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022. She was born on March 31, 1952, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Amos Walker and Helen Stinnett Walker. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Ann Woods, and Cathy Marie Playforth; brothers, Ronnie Walker (Janet), and Robert Walker; sisters, Debra Cheek (Roy), and Wanda Huddleston (Bobby); two grandchildren, Kaleb Playforth and Caitlen Playforth; one great-granddaughter, Kenslee Goforth; and her fur baby, Sassy, to whom she was Nannie. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 6, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Bro. Steve B. Ashley officiating. Burial will follow at Mose Reynolds Cemetery, where bearers will be Jeff Durham, Cliff Woods, George Woods, Tommy Cheek, Adam Cheek, and Amos Huddleston.
