Additional survivors are his two brothers, Samuel Steven Perkins Cartwright and Jeffery Tyler Johnson, maternal grandmother Polly Ann Baker, maternal grandfather, George Michael Giles, paternal grandparents, David & Loucindy Corman Cartwright-Nicholasville, maternal great grandmother, Jean Doris Conway Giles-Frankfort, paternal great grandparents, Carl and Ruby Corman-Nicholasville and other family members.
