Alberta Hayes born Feb 28, 1927 to Arvil Strode an Ada Brentz, she was a housewife first but also was a excellent housekeeper an a wonderful cook for many years.She cleaned house an was a resturant worker at the same time. She was married to George P. Hayes (GP) for 56 years before he passed on, she is survied by 12 wonderful children, Winfred Hayes of Glasgow, Hailia Curry an husband Mayor Randell Curry of Horse Cave, Sheila Mason an husband Earl Mason of Nicholasville, George P. Hayes of California, Robert Hayes of Lexington, Michael Hayes an wife Sue Hayes of Lawernceburg, Demetris (Dean) Hayes of Lexington, Therria Hayes of Nicholasville, Lee Hayes of Nicholasville, William Hayes of Lexington, Thecala Hayes of Lancaster, an William Subblett of North Caralina, she is also survied by numerous grand childern, great grandchildren,an great great grand children. She has numerous nieces an nephews also, She is gone but she is not forgotten. Funeral service will be conducted at 11AM Monday, October 5, 2015 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Brother Bob Her officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
