Alice Mae Bowles

Alice Mae Brumfield Bowles, 83, of Edgewood Drive, Nicholasville, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025, in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Jessamine County on August 4, 1941, to the late Fred John Brumfield and Margaret Ann Motley Brumfield Bowles. Alice attended Bethel Christian Church and loved playing rook, reading, and gardening. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Ann Brandenburg (Bo), Debbie Pauline McGrann, and Peggy Lou Bowles; sister, Sue Holt; three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren; as well as three great-grandchildren. Alice is preceded in death by a son-in-law, Joe McGrann, and one step-grandchild. There are no public services planned at this time.
