Archur Ray Lay

Archur Ray Lay, 54, husband of Margaret Ann Beck Lay, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, March 7, 2017. He was born September 1, 1962 in Springfield IL to the late Lennie Lee and Clara Jane Ester Lay. Archur liked to watch NASCAR, the Cub's ,UK and most any sports. Additional family survivors are five children, Brandi Lay, Mary Jane (Allan) Lay, Justin Ray (Erica) Lay, David L. (Anna) Lay and William Dale (Ashley) Lay, six grandchildren, Keyhna, Brendon, Conner, Bryce, Parker and Cambry, three siblings, Lennie Lay Jr., Vickie (Junior) Brown and Gary Lay and other family members. Archur was also preceded in death by two siblings, Glenna Sue Lay and William Lay. Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial ceremony will be 3:00 PM Saturday at Thomastowm Cemetery in Dunnvill, KY. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Family will serve as bearers.
