Barbara Catherine Withrow Eddy

Barbara Catherine Withrow Eddy, wife of Frank E. Eddy, died Thursday, June 4, 2009. She was a homemaker, pet lover and an avid advocate for animal rights. Barbara was the daughter of the late Othmer Henderson and Losha Jane Buckalew Withrow. Additional survivors include two sons, Kevin Michael (Debby) Eddy-Lexington and Kent Franklin (Sharon) Eddy-Alaska, two sisters, Virginia (Bud) Bucher-WV and Dolores (David) Broome-SC, two sisters in law Mary Withrow-WV and Sue Withrow-OH, a special pet Samson. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Othmer Withrow Jr. Services will be 11:30 Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Bearers will be Kevin and Kent Eddy, Ray Ross, John Simms, Bud Bucher and Dale Beam.
