Betty Jean Patrick

Betty Jean Patrick, 93, widow of Asa Raymond Patrick, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born in Cynthiana on April 23, 1930, to the late Buford Ginter and Fannie Dallas Williams Ginter. Betty is survived by her sons, Raymond Patrick (Susan), Melvin Patrick (Cathie), and Kevin Patrick (Tammy); daughters, Deborah Dunn, and Bobbi Copeland (Eric); brother, Bob Ginter; sister, Wanda Harney; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and eighteen great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband Asa, she is preceded by a sister, Clarine Plunkett, and one granddaughter. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 22, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, at the funeral home. A private burial will be held at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
