Billie Jean Horton, 67, wife of Benjamin Horton, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2015. She was born on March 12, 1948 in Lexington to the late Lucian and Laura Mae Brown. Billie was survived by two children, Leland Brown and Tracey Jean Cobb and one grandchild Daphney Arlie Cobb. She was also preceded in death by three siblings. Funeral service will be conducted at 11AM Friday, September 25, 2015 at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
