Bonita Ann Sowers, 51, died Friday April 3, 2009. Bonita was born June 4, 1957 in Lexington KY to J.C. and Gladys Foley Sowers of Nicholasville. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Nicholasville. Additional survivors are two children, April Dawn Reed and her husband Michael of Jessamine County and Jenni Carole Brandenburg Jones and her husband Randall of Georgetown, three grandchildren, Kenzi Brandenburg of Nicholasville, Nikki and Shawn Reed of Jessamine County, one brother, Don E. Sowers of Nicholasville and other family members. Services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Moses Radford officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
