Bonnie J. Harstad

Bonnie J. Harstad, 61, passed away suddenly on September 5, 2014. Vibrant, full of life, and loved by many she spent her life loving and serving others through her love of music and God. She most recently served as Associate in Ministry for Worship at Faith Lutheran Church. She also shared God's blessing through her work with the regional and national expressions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians, the Lexington Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, and the Lexington Federated Music Club. Bonnie is survived by her father, Edward K. Nissen, her three children, Crystal D. VanWinkle, Davis B. Harstad (Rachael), Keith M. Harstad, and four adoring grandchildren, Chance, Paxton, Madeline, and Kai. A memorial service celebrating the life of Bonnie will be held on Saturday September 13, 2pm, at Faith Lutheran Church in Lexington with a reception to follow.
