Bonnie Jean Barnes

Bonnie Jean Barnes, 65, passed away Saturday November 8, 2014. She was born on January 21, 1949 in Lexington, Kentucky to and the late Robert Lee and Wavy Elizabeth Wheeler Barnes. Bonnie was a dietician with Central Baptist Hospital. She loved to be with her family, to play Price is Right at Creekside where she lived and she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She is survived by two sisters Elizabeth Watson and Joy Kay Smith, one brother James Barnes, several nieces and nephews and good friends Janet Smith, Carol and Kathy. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Roberta Warren. Funeral service will be conducted at 2PM Friday November 14, 2014 at the Betts and West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11AM until the funeral service hour of 2PM Friday at the funeral home.
