Bonnie Louise Chasteen, 68, wife of John William Chasteen, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014. She was born July 19, 1945 in Casey County, KY to Mary Walls Woodrum and the late Arthur Woodrum. She was a member of the Independent Church Of God in Lexington, KY. Additional family survivors are three children, Tracy (Tate) Evans, Kathy (Travis) Humphries and Christy McIntosh, grandchildren, Kayla Dotson, Lauren Heath, Britany McIntosh, Colten McIntosh, Josh Humphries, Jacob Humphries, Tatum Evans and Landon Evans, great grandchildren, Elijah Dotson, Aiden Neal and Meleaha Neal, sisters, Shirley Holland, Wilma Gibson, Carol Monroe, brothers, Garnett Woodrum and Kenneth Woodrum, two step children, Della Marie Chasteen and William Richard Chasteen and other family members and friends. She was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Jonathan Leigh, a sister Connie Woodrum and two brothers, Marvin Woodrum and Charles Woodrum. Graveside service will be 1:30 Monday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with James Hicks officiating. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Bearers will be Tate Evans, Travis Humphries, Kenneth Woodrum, Garnett Woodrum, Wayne Holland and David Gibson.
