Bonnie Marie Berryman

Bonnie Marie Berryman, 75, widow of James Berryman, passed away, Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born in Monticello, Kentucky on September 30, 1947, to the late Clyde Troxell and the late Effie Gregory Troxell. Survivors include her children, William Arnett (Christy) Griffin, Jr., David Howard (Rebecca) Shelton, Loretta Sue Saunders, and Kimberly Ann Garrett, sisters, Katie Hickey and Mary Mullins, brothers, Ronnie Troxell and Jimmy Troxell, eighteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three daughters, Brenda Griffin, Melissa Turner, and Betty Hoover, and four siblings, Lewis Troxell, Junior Troxell, Thomas Troxell, and Anna Mae Massengill. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Mary Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery with grandchildren serving as bearers. Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday, July 31, 2023, at the funeral home.
