Christopher Dale Adkins, 47, passed Tuesday, April 14, 2015. He was born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky to the late Ronnie Dale Adkins and Alice Elizabeth Cosby who survives him. Christopher was owner and operator of Metal Form and Fab in Nicholasville. He is also survived by two sons Joshua Morgan Adkins and Peyton Riley Adkins, four brothers Eric Shawn Adkins, Scott Adkins, Chip Cosby and Jared Cosby, one sister Angela Dawn Adkins and his ex wife Crystal Adkins.
