Clay Horn, 67, a native of Jessamine County but currently resided in Garrard County for 16 years. He died at his home surrounded by his loving wife of 42 years, his children, mother, sister and many loving family member. Clay is preceded in death by a daughter, Katherine Clay Horn, his father, Clay Walker Horn and an Aunt Beulah Katherine Reynolds. Clay was a member of Forks of Dix River Baptist Church. He loved to hunt and fish with his son. When he wasn't hunting and fishing, he was spending time with his family and playing with his four precious grandchildren. Clay was a co-founder of Crown Marketing Incorporated, 'Spray Power.'. He is survived by his wife Susan Kay Woolums Horn, a daughter Megan (Kevin) Montgomery, a son Richie (Leslee) Horn and four grandchildren Isabella Susanne and Isaac Clay Dorton Montgomery, Madison Kay and MaKenlee Grace Horn. His mother, Lydia Horn, and sister Jennie (Charles) Houp. A special cousin, Debbie (David) Bruner and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Service will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Browning and Jay Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00- 9:00 PM at the funeral home. Bearers will be Richie Horn, Kevin Montgomery, Isaac Clay Montgomery, Charles Houp, Ryan Montgomery, Ron Shearer, Barry Hicks, Erik Gunn and Kirby Wesley. Honorary Bearers will be Richard Woolums, David Bruner, Debbie Bruner, Becky Arvin, Ernie Lancaster, JW Bruner, Michael Woolums and Greg Woolums.
