Constance 'Connie' Amey Howell Cooper, 62, wife of William Wiley Cooper Jr., passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at her home. She was born March 11, 1952 in Madison IN to the late Charles Amey Howell and Ruby Inez Mefford Fogle . Constance loved to read and to take care of her animals. Survivors are two daughters, Angel Arnold Madden and Liberty Arnold Dinkard, six grandchildren, Ciera Louise Arnold, Barbara Inez Miller, Camron James Arnold, Carrington Angel Jordon, Miranda K. Topper and Khloe V. Drinkard, two great grandchildren, Kaylee Amey`Rae Frye and Kyliee Jade Frye, one brother, Tom (Jaratsri) Fogle. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Evelyn D.
