Dallas Lee Florian

Dallas Lee Florian, 79, husband of Elizabeth Grace Florian, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at his home in Nicholasville. He was born in Fayette County on September 15, 1942, to the late William Davey Florian and Velma May Sparks Florian. He was also a member of the Apostolic House of Prayer. In addition to his wife, Elizabeth, he is survived by his sons, Dallas Shane Florian (Keion) and James Gabriel Florian (Jessica); daughters, Daphne Florian, Danielle Florian, and LeeAnne McGlone (Robert); brothers, Cecil Florian, Mark Allen Florian, Joseph Florian, Jimmy D. Florian, Bobby Florian, Kevin Florian, John Thomas Florian, and Phillip David Florian; sisters, Wanda Carol Burgess, Mary Kincaid, and Elizabeth Rogers; sixteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a brother, Delbert Florian, and a sister, Shelby Jean Rogers. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, May 13, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Services will follow at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 14 at the funeral home with Bro. Jackie Saylor officiating. Graveside services and military honors will be conducted at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, May 18, at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, with brothers serving as bearers.
