Danny Gene Powers, 51, 223 - S. Lexington Ave., Wilmore, died Friday, October 30, 2009,

at his home. He was employed at Alltech in Nicholasville. He was born on February 17, 1958 in Cincinnati, OH the son of the late Edward Eugene Powers and Nina Frances Peck Cross. Survivors include a son, Logan Powers of Hollywood, CA; a sister, Glenda Austin and two brothers, Mark Cross and John Cross. Services will be on Wednesday at 12:30 PM at Betts & West Funeral Home and burial at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
