Danny L Barnes

Danny L. Barnes, age 65, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019. He was born on September 17, 1953 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Leroy and Jearl Jewel Cuzick Barnes. Danny was a retired machinist and a believer in the Baptist Faith. Survivors include two sons Danny Ray Barnes and Willy (Doris) Barnes, one daughter Kathy (Junior) Barnett, two siblings Donald Ray Barnes and Nancy Jane Bowman, nine grandchildren Danny Aaron Barnes, Tiffany Ray Barnes, Heather Ray Barnes, Brenda Jane Barnett, Amber Leeann Barnett, Angela Darlene Barnes, Chansey Lee Barnes, “Little” William Dean Barnes and Presley Renee Johnson and seven great grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted at 11AM Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor David Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnes Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Friday evening at the funeral home. Casket bearers will be Willy Barnes, Little Willy, Danny R. Barnes, James Mitchell, Mike Azbil and Paul Rhodus.
