Darron Charles Powell

Darron Charles Powell, 37, Woodspointe Way, died Sunday, August 16, 2011 at his home. He was born in Detroit, MI the son of Charles Eugene and Carol Ann Rose Powell of Garrard County. He loved hunting, fishing and all outdoor activities. In addition to his parents he is survived by two children, Darron 'D.J.' Charles Powell and Zachary Ethan Powell of Wilmore; his siblings, Rhonda (Reed) Dievert of Lexington; Shannon Powell of Nicholasville; Curtis Powell of TN; and Jason Powell of Lancaster; a fianc-e, Stephanie Jacobs of Wilmore and numerous other family members. Services will be 10:30 AM, Friday, August 19, 2011 at Betts & West Funeral Home and burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM-8:00PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
