Dave Middleton

Dave Middleton, 81, widower of Mary Ann Smith Middleton, died July 10, 2013. He was the son of Lish and Mattie Scott Middleton. Dave was a retired employee of the University of Kentucky and attended the New Hope Fellowship Church. Survivors include two children and their spouses, Donna and Dane Deaton, Davy and Sandy Middleton, five grandchildren, Kevin, John and Brittany Deaton, Bo Middleton and Brandy Craft, three great grandchildren, Brody Deaton, Tucker and Harper Middleton.

Services will be 10:30am Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Riley and Rev. Richard Stipe officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Sunday. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Kevin and John Deaton, Bo and Gary Middleton, Mike Rue, Danny Durham and Scotty Middleton.
