David Eugene Richardson

David Eugene Richardson, 76, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, passed away, Friday, August 11, 2023, at his home. He was born March 6, 1947, in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Lester Eugene Richardson and Juanita Hampton Richardson. He was retired from General Electric where he was a unit mechanic and an Army Veteran. David is survived by his wife of 52 years, Brenda Gail Kelly Richardson, additional survivors include son, David Allen (Marcia) Richardson, daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Richardson, two brothers, Stephen Thomas Richardson, and Danny E. Richardson, sisters, Sharon Aldridge, and Diane Richardson, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Richardson, and two sisters, Lisa Hamilton and Belinda Perry. Services will be 12:30 PM, Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with full Military Honors. Family and friends will serve as bearers.
