David Herbert Hughes, 71, died Thursday, May 2, 2013. He was born September 17, 1941 in Covington, KY to the late Herbert Herman and Audrey Mae Hensley Hughes. Survivors are two daughters, Donna Rhodes and Teresa Hughes, one son, David Daniel Hughes, four grandchildren, one sister and other family members.
