Devon Trey Preston, 22, of Lancaster, Kentucky passed away, Thursday, July 27, 2023, at his home. He was born on July 23, 2001, in Lexington, Kentucky to Jayson Preston and Rachel Renee Holman Preston. He was employed by the Kentucky National Guard. Besides his parents, he is survived by fiancée, Elaine H. Reilly, son, Myles Reilly Preston, brother, Michael Preston, sister, Hailey Preston, Maternal Grandparents, Donald Holman Jr., Tina Holman, Paternal Grandmother, Anita Marie Preston and Maternal great grandmother Rosella Lawson. Devon also leaves behind a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. m He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather, Jeffrey D. Preston. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Military Chaplin and Elaine H. Reilly officiating. Burial will follow in the Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Friday at the funeral home. Casket bearers will be Joshua Drysdale, Jayden Preston, Jeffery Young, Landen Gay, Nathan Carrier, and Charles Jones.
