Donald Joseph Ratliff

Donald “Joseph” Ratliff, 34, husband of Samantha died Sunday, December 16, 2018 at his home. He was born on October 29, 1984 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Anthony Ratliff and Vicky Tackett Ratliff. Joseph was a member of Southand Christian Church, was employed as a Probation and Parole officer for the State of Kentucky and loved his dog, Gambit. He is survived by a sister, Rebecca Ratliff and her fiancée, Wesley Horn, sister-in-law, Emily Fry, Paternal Grandparents, Tracy Joe Ratliff and Clara Ratliff, Maternal Grandmother, Rosena Tackett, mother in law, Anne (Tom) Johnson and father-in-law, William Fry. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Donald Ray “Bunker” Tackett. Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday December 21, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Love officiating. Visitation will be 4-7:00 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home and after 5:00 PM Thursday at Hall Funeral Home. Evening service will begin at 7:00 PM with Pastor Clayton Case officiating.
