Donald Kenzie "Kenny" Adams II, 64, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, at his home in Winchester, Kentucky. He was born in Winchester on March 18, 1960, to the late Donald "Don" Kenzie Adams and Margaret Sue Chism Adams. Kenny was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as L/CPL with the Alpha Co, BLT 1/3. He treasured seeing the world through a new lens in his time with the military, traveling all over with his assignments, especially his assignment in Kanehoe, Hawaii. He is survived by his son, Kenzie Adams, of Winchester; sister, Marissa Adams, Winchester; uncles, Marion Chism, Winchester, and Steven Adams, Georgetown; aunt, Donna Chism Banks, Winchester; as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Sue, as well as his brother, Mont Adams. Graveside services with Military Honors will be performed at 1:30 PM, Friday, July 5, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Betts & West is honored to serve the Adams family in their time of need.
