Doris Lee Mallory, 90, widow of Mickey Mallory, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, on November 30, 1933, to the late Peter Atlogic and Mildred Jeffers Atlogic. Doris worked as a histologist for 22 years for Central Baptist Hospital and was a member of Southland Christian Church. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Lynn Mallory Hogue (David), and Karen Ann Mallory David (Thomas); daughter-in-law, Olivia Mallory; brother, David Atlogic; sister, Ann Burchell; grandchildren, Bryan Hogue (Cara), Graham Hogue (Natalie), Emily David, Paul Daniel David (Ashton), Melinda Simpson (Matthew), Michael Mallory (Tressie), and Sarah Warth; as well as twelve great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mickey, she is preceded by her son, George Mallory; brother, John Atlogic; and granddaughter, Alysan David. Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Monday, August 26, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Richard Burchell Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, where bearers will be Bryan Hogue, Graham Hogue, Paul David, Michael Mallory, Ashton Hogue, Axil Hogue, and Matthew Simpson. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 2:00 – 5:00 PM, Sunday, at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to go to Lexington Rescue Mission (444 Glen Arvin Ave. / P.O.
