Douglas W. Johns

Douglas Johns, 57, passed away January 31, 2015. He was born on September 2, 1957 in Jessamine County to the late William Johns and Marcella Hall. Douglas is survived by three daughters, Angela Nicole Johns, Bridgett Suzanne Lyons and Amy Lynn Johns, seven grandchildren Noah Wasson, Jeremiah johns, Matthew Stinnett, Haley, Hannah, Will and Terry Lyons, three brothers George, Cecil and James Johns, six sisters Betty Gullickson, Linda Woolums, Judy Pigg, Shelia Davis, Debbie Wells and Marcy Underwood. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son Matthew Douglas Johns, one granddaughter Katelyn Stinnett, one brother Billy Johns, and one sister Mary Cockrell. Memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, February 6, 2015 at Betts & West Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the memorial service hour of 2:00 PM Friday.
