Nicholasville-E. Cleo Teater Willhoite, 92, widow of David T. Willhoite, died April 1, 2008. She was a member of Sulpher Well Christian Church. She was born May 31, 1915, daughter of the late Leslie and Luvina Stinnett Teater. Survivors include a daughter in law, Charlotte Burton Willhoite-Nicholasville and a great nephew, George Stubbler-CA. She was preceded in death by a son, David Welch Willhoite, two sisters, Ivie Bowman and Myrtle Burton and a brother Welch Teater. Services will be 2:00pm Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Baltzer officiating. Visitation will be from 1-2pm Friday. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be David Lowry, Butch Fugate, Milton Stinnett, Danny Peel, Benny Willhoite and Bobby Fain. Honorary bearers will be Billy and Mary Peel, Margaret Fugate, Roland Burton, Delton House and Pat Leightly. The family would like to thank the Royal Manor Nursing Home staff for their nursing care.
