Edna Marie Dillard

Edna Marie Manuel Dillard, age 77, wife of Cecil George Dillard of Handys Bend Road in Wilmore, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at St. Joseph Hospital She was born on December 8, 1943, in Yakima, Washington to the late Phillip Chapman Manuel and Hazel Francis Drace Manuel. Marie worked for 31 years in the Jessamine County Circuit Clerk’s office. Survivors include her sons, Earl (Geraldine) Dillard, Charles (Rita) Dillard, Cecil (Kim) Dillard, Jr., Stephen Ray Dillard, and Cecilia Marie Dillard, fourteen grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and a sister, Roberta (Dean) DeBower of Longview, WA. Services will be 1:00 PM, Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Bales and Geraldine Dillard officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as bearers.
