Edwin G. Conyers

Edwin G. Conyers, 70, husband of Betty Ann Perry Conyers, died December 9, 2010 at his home. He was the son of the late Shirley and Ruby Burden Conyers and was a retired employee of Square D. Mr. Conyers was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of Jessamine Christian Church. Additional survivors include two daughters, Cathy (Mark) Whitaker-Frankfort and Peggy Parks-Nicholasville, a special sister in law, Debbie Jo (Dann) Dickey, four grandchildren, Jason (Heather) Brown, Andrea Brown, Phillip Brent Carter and Stephen (Megan) Carter, six great grandchildren and many other family members. Services will be 1:00pm Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Phil Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm Saturday.
