Eldon Butch Fugate

Eldon 'Butch' Fugate, 87, husband of Margaret Ann Peel Fugate, died Monday, March 7, 2016. He was born September 22, 1928 in Powell County to the late Dave and Laura Combs Fugate. Butch was a member of Nicholasville Christian Church for over fifty six years, a Army Veteran and a volunteer at Royal Manor Nursing Home for over fifteen years. Family survivors are a sister, Betty Howell and other family members. Funeral service will be 12:30 Thursday at Nicholasville Christian Church with Rev. Lon Oliver officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Betts & West Funeral Home. Family will serve as bearers.
