Elliott Tramel "Dinky" Conn

Elliott Tramel 'Dinky' Conn, 78, husband of Betty Ann Allender Conn, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015. He was born June 7, 1937 in Wilmore, KY to the late Elliott and Edith Hardin Conn. Dinky was a member of Wilmore Christian Church, a Army veteran, American Legion Post # 63, Jessamine County Sheep Association and sports hall of fame in Jessamine County. He was a coach, referee and co-president of Jessamine County Soccer League. Dinky drove the Senior Citizens Bus and was a former driver for Bluegrass Ultra Transit. Additional family survivors are two children, Sammy (Robyn) Conn and Pam McCoy, three grandchildren, Elizabeth Conn, Jennifer Sebastian and Justin Sebastian, three great grandchildren, a brother, Bobby (Jeannie) Conn and other family members. Service will be 1:30 PM Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Leonard Fitch officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Bearers will be Charles Conn, Chris Reynolds, Jerry Garrett, Kenneth Watts, Justin Sebastian and John Conn.
