Frances Pauline Waters Houp, 88, wife of Virgil Bryant Houp, passed Sunday, November 20, 2016. She was born December 18, 1927 in Jessamine County to the late Buford C. and Grace Helen Clark Waters. Frances liked yard sales, sewing and cooking. Family survivors are three children, Jerry (Wanda) Houp, Terry (Mary) Alan Houp and Cheryl (Terry) Lynn Parson, six grandchildren, Chris (Emily) Houp, Stephanie (Bob) Byrd, Terry (Lucy) Alan Houp Jr., Travis (Hilary) Houp, Stacey (Tim) Oney and Brandon Hamilton, thirteen great grandchildren and other family members. Graveside service will be 12:30 PM Wednesday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
