George Denver Mink

George Denver Mink, 79, widower of Corma Jean Mink, Nicholasville, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2025, in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, on July 12, 1945, to the late Andrew Lewis and Bea Mink. George is survived by his two sons, Thomas Denver (Jennifer) Mink and Roscoe Lewis (Eula) Mink; two daughters, Constance Jane (Donald) Bowen and Bonnie Jean (Darlene Cox) Mink; brother, Johnny Mink (Patty); sisters, Damoth Goforth and Mattie Jean Newcomb; seven grandchildren, Bub Bowen and Scotty, Lindsey, Kelsey, Morgan, Greg, and George Mink; four great-grandchildren, Gracie Bowen, Brooklynn Bowen, Avery Mink, and Carter Mink; and one great-great-grandson, Terry Lee Hager. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 25, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Denny officiating. Burial will follow at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, where bearers will be Donny Bowen, Roscoe Mink, Bub Bowen, Scotty Mink, Tommy Mink, and Santiago Gutierrez.
