Helen Louise Walker, 78, wife of Amos Walker for 64 years, died September 18, 2012 after a lengthy illness. She was a member of Logana Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Elzie and Eunice Stinnett. Additional survivors include five children, Ronnie (Janet) Walker-NC, Peggy Woods, Debra (Roy) Cheek, Wanda (Bobby) Huddleston and Robbie Walker-all of Nicholasville, ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and a brother, Stanley Stinnett. She was preceded in death by her twin infants, Judith and Judy, a son, James Walker, great granddaughter Charis Ava Walker, four brothers and two sisters. Services will be 11:00am Friday at Logana Baptist Church with Bro. Tommy Falin officiating. Burial will be in the Mose Reynolds Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9pm today at Betts & West Funeral Home. Bearers will be Tommy and Adam Cheek, Amos Huddleston, Kaleb Playforth, Alex Fogle, Sonny Huddleston, Kenny Burton and Will Pettit.
