Helen Mae Houp Casey

Helen Mae Houp Casey, 66, died Monday, January 28, 2008. Helen was born March 30, 1941 at High Bridge to the late Walter Cleveland and Alma Baker Houp. She was a retired baker from Shakertown. Survivors are a son, James Casey Jr., three grandchildren, Shannon, Debra and Jamie, three great grandchildren, Destiny, Xavier and Rhanna-all of Florida, special niece, Susie Houp, sister, Grace Johnson-both of Wilmore, numerous nieces and nephews. She loved her family with all her heart. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Alice Horton and a brother, James Thomas Houp. Services will be 11am Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Leonard Fitch officiating. Burial will be in Wilmore Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-8pm at the funeral home. Bearers will be James R. Johnson, Danny Fielder, Tommy Dunaway, Marty Baker, Ray and Craig Whitaker. Honorary bearers will be Bradley Houp, Bo Bolton, Hubert Waldrop and Brad Houp Jr..
