Irma Francis Mason Morris, 92, widow of Edward Clayton Morris, died Wednesday, May 20, 2009. She was born October 15, 1916 near Bangor, Iowa to Edwin and Elsie Hinshaw Mason. She was a Friends pastor and founder and former director of Wilmore Day Care Center. Survivors are her children, Kathleen (Bill) Ulmet-IL, Eileen (Ben)-MI, Homer (Debra) Morris-NC, Linn (Wanda) Morris-PA, Wain (Terri) Morris-Nicholasville, fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, a sister, Ethel Marie Mason Rose-CO and other family members. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Fraulein Jones and Ruth Nugent, three brothers, Raymond, Charles and Clarence Mason. Services will be 3:00 pm Sunday at Wilmore Free Methodist Church with Rev. Dean Cook officiating. Grandsons will serve as bearers. Contributions suggested to Wilmore Day Care Center.
