James E. Johnson

James E. Johnson, 77, widower of Ethel Mae Johnson, died Monday, March 2, 2015. He was born February 12, 1938 in Mercer County to the late Mundy and Betssie Horton Johnson. Survivors are his children, Linda Faye Jones, Becky Johnson Hatter, Lisa Marie Watson, Dellann Short, Kelley Johnson Parmley, Hugh S. Johnson, David Delmar Tudor, Allen Johnson, Phillip L. Johnson, Jimmy Dale Tudor and Howard 'Howie' Tudor, twenty five grandchildren, several great grandchildren and his first wife, Helen Doris Russell and other family members and friends. James was also preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Ann Tudor Elliott and two sons, Wallace Benjamin 'Ben' Johnson and Robbie Tudor and six siblings. Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Leonard Fitch officiating. Burial will follow in Shawnee Run Cemetery.
