James L Ruckman

James L Ruckman, age 91, widower of Virginia Reed Ruckman, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015. He was born on June 25, 1923 in Lexington, Ky to the late Franklin and Maggie Lee Edwards. He was a retired Pastor and a member of the Family Worship Center. James is survived by one daughter Janice (George) Waford several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchildren. He is also survived by one special great grandson, William Aaron (Boone) Johnson, two sisters, Allene Fielder and Clara Dunn and other family members to mourn his passing. James was also preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Ann McKinney and a son, William Bruce Ruckman. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Don Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 AM until time of service.
