James Walter Lowe

James Walter Lowe, age 71, husband of Linda Joyce Roberts Lowe, passed away December 16, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Lawrence County, Kentucky on June 8, 1944 to the late Walter and Bessie Scarberry Lowe. James was a retired Welder. He is also survived by one son Jimmy D. Lowe, one daughter Ruth Ann Burton, five grandchildren, Charles Burton, Michelle Reina, Crystal Lowe, Jessica Lowe and Tiffany Lowe, nine great grandchildren, two brothers Herman (Debra) Lowe and Lloyd Lowe, two sisters Bertha Warner and Clista (Charles) Stoker. James was also preceded in death by one brother Sherman Lowe and two sisters Irene Mills and Geneva Holbrook. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
