Janet Dean "Deanie" Cartwright

Janet Dean “Deanie” Cartwright, Nicholasville, wife of Keith Cartwright, passed away at her home on September 3, 2024, after a short illness. Deanie was born on March 28, 1964, to Jan and Harry Collins. She was married to the love of her life, Keith Cartwright, for 42 years. Together they shared a mutual love for NASCAR, country music, and motocross. Deanie was preceded in death by a loving grandmother, Gladys Tubbs of Paris, Kentucky, and her father-in-law, Kenneth Cartwright. Along with her husband and parents, she is survived by sisters Marla Thompson (Scott), Lisa Welch (Rick), mother-in-law Marietta Martin, sisters-in-law Dr. Kathy Fields (Tim), Susan Middleton (Gary), April Parker (Eric), nephews Daniel Thompson, Will Thompson, Marshal Tingle, Alexander Tingle, Zachary Wells, niece Bethany Parker, her constant companion dog Josie, and many special friends. A private family memorial will be held. A special thanks to the staff of the Hospice of the Bluegrass for providing comfort and care during the family’s time of need.
