Jerry Dale Johns, Jr.

Jerry Dale Johns Jr., 56, husband of Angela Sue Stone Johns, passed away Monday, October 9, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. He was born in Lexington on June 2, 1967, to Judy Becknell Johns and the late Jerry Johns Sr. He is survived by his wife, Angie; mother, Judy; daughters, Megan Lucinda Hutson (Zachary), Loryn Rebel Brooks (Ethan Berry), and Jerri Lynn Brooks; sister, Deborah Coons (Ed); granddaughter, Katie Hutson; mother-in-law, Kathy Gill (Marshall Allen); and father-in-law, Danny Stone. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 13, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Thursday, at the funeral home. Betts & West is honored to serve Jerry and his family in their time of need.
