Jimmy Lee Daugherty

Nicholasville-Jimmy Lee Daugherty, 58, husband of Linda Daugherty, of Murphy Lane, died unexpectedly July 6, 2009 . He was the owner of Daugherty Construction. He was born in Jamboree, KY, son of Molly Dotson Daugherty and the late Ervin Daugherty. Additional survivors include a son, Michael Lee (Rose) Daugherty, a daughter, Veronica (Brent) Gross, two grandchildren, Peyton and Emily Gross, a sister Brenda (Michael) Freeman. He was preceded in death by a brother, Garry Daugherty. Services will be Noon Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Layne. Burial will follow in Rosecrest Cemetery.
