John Erich Payne

John E. Payne, 67, of Thompson Hood Veteran Center, died January 21, 2012. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a former employee of Vincent Fister Inc. He was the son of the late Abner Coleman Payne and Ruth Louise Adomeit Payne. Survivors include a brother, David Payne of Mt. Sterling, a nephew Thomas C. Payne and a niece Laura Zaspel.
