John J. Mack Jr.

John Mack Jr., 70, departed this life on Saturday, September 27, 2008. He was born in Springfield, IL, on September 14, 1938, son of the late John Mack Sr. and Mary Guidas Mack. He was a businessman and entrepreneur. Survivors include his former wife, Beverly Miller Mack, three daughters, Leslie (Kevin) Preuss-FL, Carole (Matthew) Mack-Joefreda-Lexington, Marilyn Mack-VA, one son, John Mack III-Nicholasville, five grandchildren, Charlie McFeeters-TX, Jackie Jolie, Cori, Jessie and Jamie Mack-all of KY, two great grandchildren, Madilyn and Mason McFeeters-TX, brothers, Jim and Tom Mack, a sister, , Mary Ann Butts, an aunt, Dorothy Makarauskas, twenty eight nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, JoAnn Shaughnessy, an uncle, Frank Makarauskas, a cousin Robert Makarauskas and a nephew, Tommy Miller. Mass will be held at 3:00pm Monday at St. Luke Catholic Church in Nicholasville.
