Juan Carlos Vazquez Nafate, 48, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Baptist Health Lexington. He was born in Chiapas, Mexico, on July 15, 1975, to Alvino Vazquez Gomez and America Nafate Calvo. Carlos was a beloved employee at Ramsey Farm for over 17 years, where he was the Maintenance Supervisor. He is survived by his wife, Becky Hatter Vazquez, and two daughters, Karla Beatriz Vazquez Tamayo ( Jose Luiz Royes Roynosa) and Vivian Vazquez Tamayo (Edroy Do La Cruz Alboroz); two brothers, Alvaro Vazquez Nafale and Miguel Angel Vazquez Nafale, two sisters, Karina Vazquez Nafale and Kelley Parmley, nine grandchildren, Victoria Reyes Vazquez, Alicia Belen Velasco Vazquez, Will Hatter, Brenley Hatter, Arianna Esquivel, Jonathan Hatton Jr. Mila Hatter, Yaretzi Salvador, Skylar June Ann Hatter-Vazquez and Step Children Earl Hatter III, Jonathan Hatter Sr. and Erica Hatter. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Adam Alexander officiating. The visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Monday, April 22, 2024, at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date at his childhood home in Mexico.
